Week 1Meet your peer learning group and the Master Coach who will guide you through the process.
(Also available for intact teams.) Through structured conversations and targeted self-assessments, we'll help you determine what you most need to get out of the program. You'll set compelling goals and identify strategies for addressing whatever might limit your learning—either individually or as a team. |
Weeks 2-7Experience the powerful 6-week "Positive Intelligence" mental and emotional training program with weekly group support.
Speed your recovery to above the line skills and capacities (which the program calls "Sage"), while decreasing below the line reactivity and limiting behavior patterns (your "Saboteurs"). The community created with your coach or peer group enhances your uptake and momentum. |
Week 8Time to celebrate! You've internalized success-supporting mental & emotional habits. The enhanced neural brain pathways are yours to keep!
You'll crystalize ways to apply the learnings and plan next steps for your leadership or team development. Use the Positive Intelligence app-based exercises and tools for 12 additional months at no charge, to reinforce attainment of your goals. |

- Meet with a leadership coach for a 1:1 session to identify goals and set you up for success.
- Attend live group coaching sessions for 60 minutes each week
- Watch 7 one-hour videos at your own pace, one before each live session
- Practice short mental/emotional fitness exercises—1 to 5 minutes at a time—for a total of 15 minutes each weekday . The included Positive Intelligence app will make it simple!
- Participate in a final 1:1 coaching session to help personalize your learnings and discuss application strategies.
Weeks 9-20—optional program extension
- Meet 60-90 minutes for occasional group coaching sessions on customized themes
- Theme-based resources and activities enhance your learning between live sessions
