Following a highly successful Global 500 career in sales, marketing and sales training, I began coaching leaders and emerging leaders more broadly in 2003 after rigorous training at Stanford Business School.
I've since coached and trained hundreds of leaders, emerging leaders, coaches and facilitators at Stanford Business School, Stanford Executive Education, Yale Business School ... and private companies from start-ups to large global enterprises and non-profit organizations.
I'm formally trained in 1:1 coaching, team coaching, conflict and mediation, group facilitation, diversity and inclusion, and psychological type. Together we'll draw upon an expanding range of multidisciplinary tools
to help you get where you want to go.
I'VE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES
Alongside (and thanks to!) the years of client work, training courses and life experiences that have built my tool kit, I continue to learn myself. By regularly growing my skillset as a participant, I not only expand my offerings but also retain empathy for the risk and vulnerability involved in developing yourself.
We're all human, so I also learn from occasional surprise opportunities -- those life experiences that draw upon qualities of curiosity, humility, perseverance, resilience, and compassion for myself and for others.
These are qualities, by the way, that strengthen my resourcefulness as your learning partner/coach. I'll bring my perseverance, resilience, humility, curiosity and compassion -- along with authentic challenge -- to the areas you want to shift for yourself.
My personal focus on learning will keep us grounded in the zone of growth (rather than one of judgment or defending).
