Team Coaching and ConsultingUnlike isolated team-building or training events, team coaching is a hands-on facilitated process that grows the capacities of your teams while they engage in normal team business. Skill-building elements are frequently included, but are not the sole focus.
Jana has helped 60+ teams and groups reach a high performing stage in which members report feeling psychologically safe and can raise and work through uncomfortable conversations that are critical to achieving their purpose. These teams solve problems and learn together in ways not possible for a collection of individuals.
