mental & emotional habits to help you live a more satisfying life.
This is facilitated by PRACTICE plus TRAINING. For example ...
Week 2
- Learn building blocks for redirecting your focus to what's needed, soothing emotional triggers and changing sabotaging thoughts to productive ones
Week 3:
- Recognize and reduce the power of your "Judge" (aka Inner Critic, Imposter Syndrome and others).
- The Judge fuels negativity about yourself, your circumstances and other people. Learning to recognize and neutralize your Inner Judge is key to performing and relating at your best.
Week 4:
- Work with more aspects of your Judge: the Accomplice Saboteurs.
- These nine common Judge variations can be fierce derailers to your personal and professional satisfaction, connection and performance.
- Even though they are helpful in their ideal manifestations, in most cases they can do a lot of damage to your leadership.

See examples of how the 9 Saboteurs interfere with your productivity & success
- Avoider - avoids uncomfortable or unpleasant tasks and conversations. This paralysis escalates problems and/or anxiety.
- Controller - everything must be done their way. Discourages and disempowers others. Challenged with delegation, often feels alone and overburdened.
- Hyper-Achiever - can't rest on a job well done. Exhausts self and others. Alienates others with their extreme task focus.
- Hyper-Rational - overly focuses on logic and rationality, with costs to relationships, stakeholders or company values.
- Hyper-Vigilant - anxiety and worry about what might go wrong takes this person out of peak performance.
- Pleaser - has a hard time advocating for their needs or for the needs of their team, out of a desire to not upset others.
- Restless - an oversized need for fun and excitement can get in the way of work or achieving long term goals.
- Stickler - perfectionism applied to everything—important or not. Derails productivity and discourages others who never do a good enough job.
- Victim - may feel overwhelmed, helpless or resigned. Negative feelings hinder productive conflict resolution, accountability and motivation.
These are only examples. Your own version of these Saboteurs might have a different manifestation and different impact on yourself and others.
