Through structured conversations and targeted self-assessments, we'll help you determine what you most need to get out of the program. You'll set compelling goals. You'll identify strategies for addressing whatever might limit your learning—either individually or as a team. |
Experience the powerful 6-week "Positive Intelligence" mental and emotional training program, plus weekly group support.
Speed your recovery to above the line skills and capacities (which the program calls "Sage"), while decreasing below the line reactivity and limiting behavior patterns (your "Saboteurs"). The community created with your coach and/or peer group enhances your success and makes it pretty fun ! |
Time to celebrate! You've internalized success-supporting mental & emotional habits. The enhanced neural brain pathways are yours to keep!
With feedback from your peers and coach, you'll determine the next targeted development steps for your leadership and/or your partnership. Use the Positive Intelligence app-based exercises and tools for 10 additional months, to reinforce attainment of your goals. |

We'll give you new awareness & tools for addressing whatever is (still) not working in your co-founder relationship.
In addition to group coaching with your peer group & Master Coach, every topic is augmented with frameworks and structured dialogue guides to explore (as desired) between our live sessions.

Weeks 1-8: Live coaching groups usually meet one hour each Monday, per your availability (Sundays & Tuesdays also possible)
Starting Week 2, you'll watch a one-hour video — one per weekend for a total of 6 — before the next live session
You'll practice mental and emotional fitness exercises for 1-5 minutes at a time, for a total of 15 minutes each weekday (more if you wish).
The included Positive Intelligence app will make it easy!
Weeks 9-20: We'll meet 60-90 minutes every two weeks for group coaching (or can weave it into your regular coaching sessions as preferred)
Theme-based resources and activities enhance your learning between live sessions
