Executive and Leadership Coaching
A custom coaching engagement helps you manifest your immediate or longer-term leadership goals. You can choose a pure coaching approach, which supports you in accessing your own answers and inner wisdom, or a combination of coaching plus training, which includes elements from Jana's work within core leadership development courses at Stanford Business School.
Team Coaching and Consulting
Unlike isolated team-building or training events, team coaching is a hands-on facilitated process that grows the capacities of your teams while they engage in normal team business. Skill-building elements are frequently included, but are not the sole focus.
Jana has helped 60+ teams and groups reach a high performing stage in which members report feeling psychologically safe and can raise and work through uncomfortable conversations that are critical to achieving their purpose. These teams solve problems and learn together in ways not possible for a collection of individuals. They value and benefit from member differences and co-create a productive team culture that is sustainable over time.
She also offers evidence-based consultation to team leaders about how to achieve higher levels of team performance.
Experiential Learning and Facilitated Conversations
An expert in Experiential Learning Design and Facilitation, Jana has designed and led experiential workshops and training events since 2003 that deliver skill development, personal growth, or both.
She and her team have also created safe spaces and facilitated many hundreds of productive conversations about difficult topics.
